Pavel Houdek has a long career as Executive Chef at Infinity Restaurant, Theatro – Karlin Musical Theater and Restaurant Golf Hostivař. He also worked for years as a chef at the Café Louvre and also spent a three-month internship at world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsy at his Hilton Maze restaurant at Hilton Hotel. Member of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic and also a member of gastro team Bidvest with whom he won several prestigious awards at world competitions.
